I am not a cow anymore. Why? Because I do not digest food all the time.
I reject the Western model of eating six meals daily. It is not for me. I’ve been doing intermittent fasting since December 2020. I wrote the current text on the 16th of June, 2022. Today, I cannot imagine living and eating for the whole day like a cow. I do not eat breakfast.
Moreover, I do not eat dinner. The first meal I eat is at least 7 p.m.
During the day, when I wrote “A cow” text, the first meal I ate was at 9.30 p.m. I will do intermittent fasting until the end of my life. Now I know why practically all religions all over the world recommend fasting. It is not because you will get closer to God, whether he exists or not. You will merely feel better.
Moreover, you will become more productive no matter what you do. You will be able to focus more clearly.
Your sleep becomes complete and sufficient. Speaking shortly: since you start intermittent fasting, you will become a powerful man, and you will stop being a sleepy, lazy cow without the power to focus and exercise. This cow can only sit, eat, digest, and shit. I write about all these things because I was that cow. I did not know that I had powerful energy deep in myself. This energy was asleep because my body was constantly digesting food. Thus, my mind and soul were also lazy when my body was lazy. I did not have as much energy as I have now. The recipe is simple. I will explain what I do:
- I eat between 7 p.m. – 12 p.m.;
- I avoid processed food (including bread) and sugar as much as possible;
- I eat mainly eggs, meat, vegetables, and nuts.
