Undoubtedly, frigid temperatures provided me a new stimulus in Winter 2021/2022.
I wrote this text on the 9th of December, 2021. Yesterday, I broke my personal record regarding walking in the www.adammazek.com t-shirt. I walked in -5 degrees Celsius (23 degrees Fahrenheit) for 35 minutes without taking pictures. Why did I not take photographs? Because it was dark. I was strolling at 6 p.m. I was wearing a t-shirt, summer sneakers, and shorts. When I was coming back to my home, I thought that I could walk longer. Still, it was my first time walking in summer clothes during frigid temperatures. That’s why I decided to be cautious and not walk as long as I could. While coming back to my home, I realized one more thing. It is the fact that walking in summer clothes in freezing temperatures is a new stimulus for me.
During the Spring-Autumn period, I can merely imagine that I cannot wait for frigid temperatures to come to Poland again.
Undoubtedly, walking in freezing temperatures gives me a new stimulus in my life. I feel that exposing one’s body to coldness is an addictive activity. How happy I am that I am not addicted to taking drugs or drinking alcohol but to doing street photography and taking cold showers. I cannot wait for another photo walk wearing my brand t-shirt and feeling alive thanks to feeling freezing coldness that besieges my whole body. I wish you, my Dear Friend, to receive a new stimulus in your life and take as much joy as I, thanks to coldness.
If you do not know how to do it, start by finishing your shower with lukewarm water. During this time, you should decrease the water’s temperature and increase the time of exposing your body to cold water. Lowering the temperature and growing time should come to you naturally. Last but not least, breathe deep and slowly while doing it. It will help you to survive with coldness enfolding your body.
