How is it possible that I am writing the subsequent post for 36 days in a row?
I wrote this text on the 9th of August, 2021. It’s been the 36th day in a row when I was writing the subsequent post. This tremendous streak began when I returned from Riga (the capital of Latvia) on the 3rd of July, 2021. One of the keys to being creatively prolific is to get continual incentives. How do I get my inspiration? I receive them mainly from books. Walt Disney said that there is more treasure in books than in all the pirates’ loot on Treasure Island. I do not plan to argue with Disney. Why?
Because I believe that my case is the proof for a statement of one of the most famous animators. I do not take from books only inspiration, but also wisdom. But, what is wisdom? According to information science, wisdom is the highest level of understanding information because one knows what should be done with the knowledge.
Thanks to reading books, I know that we all can process data (unprocessed information) in our minds, transform it, argue with it, and order it, so then, the final product of our minds, that is information, we can share with others.
It is only up to other people whether they will transform information into wisdom, that is, the practical use of knowledge/information. I think that it is my key to the success of how I manage to write for 36 days in a row. I feel the constant flow and influx of information that I need to cope with by contemplating it and then writing about it here on the www.adammazek.com website. The more I read, the more information I take from books, the more I feel inspired to take part in an eternal dialogue between generations by creating not only photographs, „Diaries,” sets of pictures (e.g., „Negation of the End” or „Inspired by Tolkien.”), but also by creating texts.
