I will provide some thoughts about energy.
The longer I ruck, expose my body to cold, sleep at least 7 or 8 hours, and do intermittent fasting, the more energy I have. Through my consistent practices of rucking, exposure to cold, adequate sleep, and intermittent fasting, I’ve experienced a significant increase in my energy levels. These practices have not only boosted my physical stamina but also enhanced my mental alertness. I wrote this text on the 3rd of December, 2024. It was a day when I was not doing street photography on Warsaw’s streets. I had to focus mainly on my office job. Nevertheless, I had some thoughts about energy.
The truth is that the older I am, the more energy I have.
I would say that I have a lot of mental and physical energy. The truth is that energy can neither be created nor destroyed. It can only be transformed from one form to another. I cannot precisely explain where I derive my energy (perhaps ketosis is the answer). What I know is that the older I am, the more I feel I’ve got the power. Many people would say that I am in my prime. Perhaps they would be right. It is impossible to have a lot of energy all the time. I know that sooner or later (I hope it’s later), my body will start to show its age. I want to always be in my prime (like practically all the other people). Still, I know that someday my prime will be gone.
I hope it will happen in 2085, when I will be one hundred years old. Of course, I would categorize this text as science fiction. After all, I cannot predict the future (luckily). The truth is that today, I feel not only the mental power to be able to work in a broadly defined finance area but also to write, do street photography, ruck, manage my blog, and, last but not least, expose my body to cold (by taking cold showers and walking in summer clothes in frigid temperatures).
