The simple act of walking is not just a physical exercise for me but a gateway to creativity. It’s a personal journey that I embark on every day, and it never fails to inspire me.Â
Movement increases not only my well-being but also my innovative capabilities. The act of walking is an integral part of my artistic practice. Without strolling, in my case, there would be no street photography. I do not want to stand with the tripod and wait for the famous decisive moment. I walk and contemplate. I do not stand in one place. Indeed, while wandering, I always try to do a minimum of 10.000 footsteps. I do not always manage to do it. Still, usually, I do. I love it when endorphins are buzzing in my body while walking. It is a similar case with writing. The more I do all these things, the more I desire to do it. The act of walking is probably one of the most underrated physical activities healthy people can do. As long as I can walk, I will be doing it.
I wrote many times that many great ideas come to mind while walking.
These ideas are not only connected to my office job. Often, they are associated with my artistic passion. While writing about all these issues, I have no doubts that the phrase “to take a walk” means “to live.” It is an essence of not only my artistic activity but also my existence. I wonder what you think about the act of walking, my Dear Friend. I hope you are active and you use your feet. User your legs if you only can. I do not have to mention that I am sorry for all the people who cannot walk for, e.g., health reasons. I wrote it once and will write twice: in walking, I trust! Trust your legs, and move them as long as you can. I believe there is nothing better thing to do for ourselves than to walk.
