“All I Want” is a super-energizing song sang by the legendary punk rock band named The Offspring.
I heard the song for the first time, probably somewhere in 1997. It was a time when I lived in Malkinia Gorna. My pals and I were listening to the song on audio cassettes. Today this song appears to me as a symbol of rebellion of youth. The audio does not last even two minutes, but it provides a boost of energy in my creative mind. Many of The Offspring’s songs are a powerful energizer. They stimulate my mind and my creative powers. When I hear their song, I feel that I want to create something new by myself. Still, when I hear “All I Want” song, I want to shout, dance, scream, run, and jump, all at the same time. Not only the titled song but all the Offspring’s artistic activity of ’90 provides me, all over again, the feeling of being young.
Is that mean that I feel old? No. I would say that I feel more mature.
My activity here, on this website, proves to me that. Today, I prefer walking, photographing, reading, and writing more than playing football. This form of relaxation (all activities mentioned above provides me a lot of enjoyment, and rest) is more mature than merely kicking in the ball. Does it mean that I want to criticize all footballers and people who play football? Of course not. I am writing strictly about my case.
“All I Want” song also reminds me of the great times spent in Malkinia Gorna during the ’90s.
