Anger, fear, and aggression easily flow through one’s blood.
That’s why I admire people who resist anger, fear, and aggression and are calm, patient, polite, and brave. Of course, I also try not to be angry, scared of anything, or aggressive. I do my best not to be overcome by the dark side of the force. Still, I’m only human. Like all other people, I also have my worst moments. How do I not let anger, fear, and aggression flow through my blood? Undoubtedly, intermittent fasting, taking cold showers, and exposing my body to cold by wearing summer clothes in frigid temperatures help me sustain cold blood every moment. The longer I live, the more I feel that stressing one’s body, mind, and soul in a controlled way helps manage fear, anger, and aggression.
Suppose one lives in a comfort zone, with delicious food on the table every day from dawn till dusk, in a warm, cozy place, without any stress.
In that case, it is possible that sooner rather than later, one will be shocked and stressed. Why? Because anger, fear, or aggression will rule one’s life. Comfort softens the human psyche. We should regularly stress our bodies, minds, and souls to avoid being shocked. After all, a popular way of emphasizing the body is working out. Muscles are not built while working out. Indeed, they are being damaged while doing it.
Only during a long enough sleep are muscles being built.
Stressing the body by not eating, eating less frequently, and feeling a painful cold are other ways to control the flow of one’s blood: anger, fear, and aggression. The longer I live, the more I feel that something like seven sins was not developed by a divine creature called God. It was wise people who wrote down their wisdom and passed it to future generations to help them. I may come back to the seven sins in my future writings.
