What distinguishes us, humans, from animals? It is art. Art is the key to solving many issues and clearing up a lot of doubts.
If you ever wonder, my Dear Friend, when monkeys became people, the answer is once they started creating (e.g., painting, sculpting) new things. Today we call it art creating. Developing something from nothing is an eternal desire and activity that, indeed, made us humans. When people create something new, they feel happy and relaxed. While building, designing new things, humans are aware that they help not only themselves but also other people. Art is the key in terms of solving doubts regarding the beginning of humanity.
The fact is that human civilization makes art in practically all aspects of life. We can find broadly defined artistry in science, architecture, fashion, motorization, loving, drinking, eating, painting, dancing, sporting, praying, sculpting, etc. Probably there aren’t any activities or fields where there is no artistry. We are not monsters that live in a den, eating worms, piss where they sleep, and copulating only to reproduce themselves. We want to add to our lives a little bit of magic. To create a feeling of magical power, there is no other way than to produce something new.
Does art provide ultimate happiness until the end of our lives?
Unfortunately no. There are no ultimate remedies/medicals for all human doubts. Something like eternal happiness in this world does not exist. Art is, indeed, a key to many aspects of improving human existence. Nevertheless, it will never solve all the problems that humanity possesses.
Moreover, I am convinced that there is no ultimate cure for people’s existence doubts. Still, I believe that to improve the broadly defined level of happiness, people should create new things. Do you have to finish art school to design, build, or produce unique masterpieces? No. Trust your body, mind, heart, and soul. Speaking shortly: trust yourself. It is only up to you whether you will discover an internal source of inspiration that is placed deep in your mind, heart, and soul.
