People often forget that being nice is helpful. What is worse, a lot of people see gentle behavior as a sign of weakness.
Being nice is a crucial thing regarding human relationships. Let’s help each other. By being kind and helpful to each other, we are improving our lives. Last time I read that some companies possess a specific way to recruit new employees. For example, one of the factors which can decide if a candidate is a good employee is to check whether he/she is a polite person. Simultaneously, the recruitment process asks receptionists whether a candidate was a polite, friendly, or rude person. Of course, it all happens while he/she came to the office for a job interview. If I managed a company, I would implement the same solution.
Working, cooperating, and coexisting with friendly people is an experience that brings a lot of added value for all the people.
Like I said before, a lot of people see gentle behavior as a sign of weakness. I will transform this thought. For me, someone who is polite to others, no matter what others had done to him/her, is proof that a nice person possesses nerves from steel. The stoic, ancient philosopher Seneca would add that if someone hurts you, you should be grateful for him for the experience he/she gave to you. For me, Seneca’s attitude towards a misfortune that can happen in our life is a Master level regarding our existence. The fact is that Seneca’s ideas were inspiring, among other Christian philosophers.
My dream is to become as powerful as someone who does not feel any attacks on him.
Also, even if I would become someone as powerful as Donald Trump or Vladimir Putin, I would still want to remain a polite person. I would still want to be someone who always tries to help others. I believe that being a nice person is something worth implementing in our life. Let’s help each other daily. I start with myself to become more and more polite to others.
