Belly-enslaved people are closer to death than to living beings.
I do not want to be a belly-enslaved human anymore. Was I the one? Yes, I was. It happened when I weighed 99kg (~218 lbs) in 2011 and 85 kg (~187 lbs) in 2020. I am 178 cm tall (5,84 feet). I do not have to mention that I had a big belly in both cases. Now I see that I could call myself a belly-slave man during these times. How happy I am that I am not the one anymore. I feel that during these days, I was closer to death. I was eating food in the name of eating. The truth is that I was addicted to it. Now I see how many people still have a similar problem. They are not belly-enslaved people. I would say that they are food slaves. I wish these people to open their eyes and stop doing from eating a lifestyle.
It is food that must serve us. Food is for people, not people for food.
Unfortunately, worldwide corporations made millions of people belly-enslaved humans. They sold them instant gratification and the high risk of the possibility of contracting civilization diseases. I am convinced that people should seek obstacles, not be comfortable in their lives. For many people, consumption is equal to comfort. I would rather say that consumption goes hand in hand with gluttony, obesity, and laziness. I know it because I know myself from times when I was a belly slave. So how can we stop being belly-enslaved people? For me, the keyword is intermittent fasting. I do not eat earlier than 7 p.m.
Moreover, I avoid as much processed food as possible.
I eat mainly eggs, meat, vegetables, and nuts. As you see, my Dear Friend, rules must not be complicated. If you feel you are a food slave, I recommend intermittent fasting. If you add exposing the body to cold (e.g., by taking cold showers), miracles can appear in your life.
