The longer I do not eat candies, the more I feel and know candies are drugs.
Undoubtedly, all sweeties are drugs. They somehow stupify people. Sweets make them dumb. How? By addicting them to eating. The more people eat candies, the more they want it. I would say the more they even need it. It is the mind that tells people to eat:
Eat this candy. It is delicious. Try. You will feel little drops of heaven. You won’t regret it!
Your mind is cheating you, my Dear Friend. Sooner or later, you will regret you ate the candy. Your belly will first announce its anger and disapproval for eating sweets. How do I know all these things? Speaking shortly: I started to feel much better after giving up eating sweets. That’s why I write about all these things, among others, connected with intermittent fasting. I want to help other humans in fighting with their worst enemies – themselves. If you do not have enough internal power to overcome your weaknesses – I have a tip for you, my Dear Friend. Start fasting. How did I start it?
Speaking shortly:
• I do not eat earlier than 7 p.m. (during the day, I drink only water, coffee, and tea);
• avoid and limit as much as possible broadly defined processed food (e.g., all sweets, candies, bread, pasta, etc.);
• focus on meat, eggs, vegetables, and nuts (occasionally fruit).
Since I started doing intermittent, I have become no longer addicted to sweets. It was much easier for me to kick the habit of eating drugs. Yes, you read correctly. I wrote it once and will write it twice: candies are drugs. Do not let yourself be trapped in eating unhealthy food. Suppose you have doubts about everything written above. In that case, I recommend reading Dr. Jason Fung’s book entitled “Complete Guide To Fasting: Heal Your Body Through Intermittent, Alternate-Day, and Extended Fasting.”
