I am inspired to write this blog post because last time I saw on Blu-ray “Queen Rock Montreal” concert.
Epic Freddie Mercury was the main character of this magnificent live show. The legendary rock band, The Queen, made the play in Canada in 1981. But Freddie is not the main character in this post. Other members of the “Queen” also made a spectacular performance during the concert. One of them was Roger Taylor, the band’s drummer.
During the concert, he played the song “I’m in love with my car.”
He is the author of this artwork. In the lyrics of the song, the author metamorphoses the car to the sex. When I saw his performance, I was amazed at how much he engages in his beautiful work. I had a feeling that if he had to stop playing for The Queen and if he had to stop playing the concerts, his soul would somehow disappear or wither. Then, I suddenly realized that I would have the same thing with photography.
If I had to stop taking pictures due to, e.g., the problem with health, my soul would die somehow. I would be genuinely sad. Moreover, I think that a lot of artists have similar feelings, the anxiety of losing inspiration. In general, breaking off with one’s passion is one of the saddest things which could happen in one’s life.
In conclusion, I want to mark that:
Firstly, if you like The Queen band, you should watch “Queen Rock Montreal.”
Secondly, if you love doing something, if fully dedicate to your passion – stick to it and never give up!
Oh, and by the way: I’m not in love with my car. For me, a car is only a tool for helping me in reaching my short and long aims. The same with the laptop, smartphone, and camera. These things help me fulfill my dreams regarding my hobby.
I want to share my vision of the world with you, my dear Guest. I want to make you aware that we will never find any answers to our crucial existential questions. Nevertheless, we ought to seek them. Art is one of the best ways to do that. I want to encourage you to do the same – find your way in your life and follow it.
