Chopin

Listening to Chopin can be genuinely inspiring.

Why? He inspired me to try to become the Chopin of photography. His music is the quintessence of the Polish soul. Simultaneously his compositions are well-known and recognizable all over the world. Some Polish people managed to accomplish that, and Chopin is the superstar amongst them. The most interesting is the fact that people from every corner of our planet can listen to his music, and everyone can interpret and transform compositions of the famous Polish musician to his private language – both in mind and imagination.

Chopin was continually adding Polish motifs of folk tunes to his music. While listening to his Artworks, we can imagine and see in our mind XIX century Poland, with Warsaw and little village situated nearby Polish capital, Zelazowa Wola. It is the place where Chopin was born. At the same time, we can imagine this music is for all humankind. His compositions are international and eternal. Chopin’s Artworks are still being played all over the world, after almost 170 years after his death.

In our souls, and the memories he will live forever.

My dream is to reach the genius of Chopin, at least in a few percentages. I want my pictures to become as filled with conviction and expression as Chopin’s music. I imagine my images to possess this kind of virtuosity as Artworks composed by the famous Polish composer.

To give you more details, I will specify my goals connected with Art. My photography aims are:

a) create pictures suffused with unsaid, not literal Polish accents on the one hand;

b) generate this type of Art, which will be recognizable for people from all over the world;

c) create this kind of Art, which will be recognizable for modern people and the future generation.

Will I manage to do that? No one knows. I will do my best to accomplish this challenging task. Moreover, I will take pictures until the end of my life. It is one of my lifetime goals. To be creative and productive (and to run this blog) until I die.
