I wrote this text on Friday, the 2nd of December, 2022, before spending the weekend at my beloved Parents’ house in my hometown, Brok.
I did not know what I wanted to write. Thus, I decided to write about the cold forest that awaits me in Brok. The truth is that I do not walk in a t-shirt in frigid temperatures only in Warsaw, but I do it also in Brok. The weather forecast says it should be between 0 to +1 degrees Celsius (32 to 33.8 degrees Fahrenheit). I remember that one year earlier, I was walking wearing summer clothes in a dark wood, where only snow could light way of walking. To this day, I feel thrills when I imagine walking in summer clothes in a dark and cold forest amid snow and ice. Undoubtedly, it is a moment when one can remember that we are helpless when facing Mother Nature’s power.
First of all, I am delighted, because I will meet and chat with Parents.
Then, I feel happy because I know I will be walking in the cold forest while staying in Brok. Then, I am also excited because, on Sunday, the Polish National Football Team will play against the current World Champions, France. I know the Poles will lose this game. Still, I am happy that they luckily managed to qualify for the next stage of Mundial. In today’s post, I want to stress that I feel delighted. After all, I live with my beloved Kamilka. We spend a lot of time together and are not getting bored with ourselves, even though we have lived together for almost seven years. I hope to live with her for the next one hundred years. Keep your fingers crossed for it, my Dear Friend. After all, I wish you all the best.
