Undoubtedly, consistency is the key for me to success.
I already wrote a similar theme in one of my previous posts, entitled “Competitive advantage.” In this post, I wrote that being a prolific artist is my competitive advantage. Today (I wrote the current text on the 22nd of December, 2021), I want to state that consistency in everything I creatively do is another advantage of my being. There is a high chance that if you aren’t consistent in your doings, my Dear Friend, you won’t succeed. Of course, the state of failure is a subjective issue. I suppose that success and failure appear on different levels for everyone. Undoubtedly, we can be consistent in almost every aspect of our life.
I am consistent in activities as written below:
– doing street photography (since October 2015);
– writing texts (since May 2017);
– managing the www.adammazek.com website (since September 2017);
– preparing subsequent editions of “Diaries” (since the summer holidays in 2019);
– doing intermittent fasting (since Christmas 2020 [it’s been almost one year since I started doing it – how happy I am!]);
– taking cold showers (since April 2021).
I have no doubts that all these activities improved my health and well-being.
I am thrilled that I am not consistently drinking alcohol or eating sweets. The truth is that I plan to be consistent in all things mentioned above until the end of my life. If I won’t do it, does it mean that I will be sad or angry? No. I cannot forget that I am only a human. I do not aim to be perfect. Undoubtedly, reaching perfection is like trying to reach infinity. We will never get there. That’s why I won’t see myself as a failure if I won’t be consistent in the abovementioned things. Still, I want to try and do my best to be consistent regarding these issues.
