It was the 15th of March 2019. I did not know what I wanted to write. Thus, I decided to write about Daylight Saving Time.
I want to stress that I’ve had too little daylight earlier. Wintertime is when I cannot go out to take photographs after my office work. These short days fall in the autumn and winter seasons. The fact is that I merely want to go to the office, make my job done as usual, and then go out and see the daylight and take photographs. I love to do such things. For seven years during my ten years career, I often go swimming after office work. I also loved doing this activity. I usually head to the swimming pool straight out of the office.
Now, I have a new passion. It is regularly wandering through the streets of Warsaw and taking pictures of mundane surroundings. I like to take photographs during the daylight. As for today, I am taking images during the night is not my biggest passion. I love March not only because during this month I have a birthday. I love March because it is the beginning of Daylight Saving Time.
I love it when spring comes to our houses, windows, and finally, to our souls.
It is the time for trees and flowers blossoming. Sad and mundane Polish reality is changing in front of our eyes into a remarkable, beautiful, and full of colors sight.
But, there is one disadvantage of Daylight Saving Time. I prefer to take photographs when there are few people outside. And spring and summertime are when people spend their leisure time outdoors. Thus, I have many more observers while taking photographs in the spring and summer. But I have already written about it in one of my previous posts. I try to be like water while taking pictures. Even if I know someone is watching me, I don’t care much.
To summarize: I want to stress that I love Daylight Saving Time. Indeed, it is a lovely time to take pictures.
