Since I do intermittent fasting, take cold showers and walk in the www.adammazek.com t-shirt in cold temperatures, I continually ask myself whether I got crazy.
Undoubtedly, many people perceive me like an idiot when they see me walking in a t-shirt in cold temperatures. Moreover, most of the people I said that I started intermittent fasting (eating only between 7 p.m. – 12 p.m.) could not believe that I was doing such an odd thing. They thought that I got crazy:
Why don’t you eat breakfast and dinner? Don’t you afraid you will get ill due to malnutrition? All doctors would tell you that we must eat regularly, at least three times per day.
The statements written above are only a part of the comments I heard regarding intermittent fasting.
Don’t you afraid that you will get cold? Why do you hurting yourself by pouring freezing water on your body? Do people think that you get crazy when they see you in a t-shirt when there is cold outside?
These are other examples of questions I received when I told someone that I was exposing my body to cold both in my bathroom and outside. Many people think I got crazy. Why am I doing all these strange things? The answer is obvious. I do it for health and well-being. In the case of intermittent fasting and exposing the body to cold temperatures, undoubtedly, it is not me who got mad.
It is the society that got used to conveniences, regular eating, warmth, and constant curing from the civilization diseases that got crazy.
Most people do not feel that they are slowly killing themselves by regular eating and not exposing the body to cold. I do not want to tell you that intermittent fasting and cold temperatures will solve all our problems. Still, I have no doubt that they can be the first step to start solving your many issues.
