Empty your mind with all writings you read here, on the www.adammazek.com website. Follow your own intuition. Trust your guts. What helped me does not have to help you. What do I do to feel better and become stronger?
Here are some activities:
1) living and loving my Kamilka and loving my Parents, Family, and Friends;
2) intermittent fasting (I have eaten between 7 p.m. – 12 p.m. since Christmas 2020 [I wrote the current text on the 23rd of October, 2022]);
3) exposing body to cold (I have taken cold showers since April 2021 and walked in summer clothes in frigid temperatures since October 2021);
4) create (street photography and writing are the core of my doings – the essence of my artistic activities you can find in this blog, one of the examples can be “Diaries” and sets of pictures like “Negation of the End” or the “Road To Nowhere”);
These were my tips for being a happy person.
Still, some things can suit you, my Dear Friend, but some do not have to. I suggest forgetting about all these things, clearing your mind, and contemplating to figure out what things can make you stronger as a human being. On the other hand, I already wrote a post that too much thinking would complicate your life.
That’s why; perhaps, it is better not to contemplate and just clear your mind. I do not know how I can help you, my Dear Friend. That’s why I suggest to not follow me. Try to find solutions to your issues by yourself. I believe it is always worth following one gut. Still, it is only my opinion. I could be wrong. In today’s post, I want to stress to listen to yourself, my Dear Friend, not my writings.
