Eating every, even the smallest meal, is a massive interference in our body and mind.
Be careful what you eat and how often. If in doubt, I recommend starting intermittent fasting. I did not know that even the smallest meal is a tremendous interference in our bodies. To be more precise, I did not feel it. I heard many times throughout my life that we should always be careful of what we eat. This statement was so famous that it sounded to me cliche. After almost of 5 months of doing intermittent fasting (I wrote this post on the 22nd of May, 2021, and I started intermittent fasting after Christmas in 2020), I feel that adding any ingredient to the mouth has a tremendous impact on everything, starting from our mood and ending on our weight.
Today, if someone tells me that one feels bad, lacks energy, and does not have good humor, I suggest starting intermittent fasting.
It does not mean that changing eating habits will change everything in one’s life. Still, I am convinced that it is always worth starting from doing it. If you want to change your life because you feel bad, start by changing your eating habits. I do not know if it solves your problem. Still, there is a high possibility that it will, indeed, solve many of your issues connected with poor well-being and lack of energy. What are my key things to do regarding intermittent fasting? Here they are:
- I eat only between 9 p.m. and 12 p.m.;
- I try to avoid processed food and sugar.
Well, these points are my main things to do. I lost almost 10 kilograms within nearly 5 months. Still, it does not matter to me. The absolute crucial thing is that I feel much better after doing intermittent fasting.
