In eggs, I trust.
For many years I underestimated eggs. I loved to eat them, but they were so common that I did not even know they had superpowers for humans. Since I started doing intermittent fasting, I noticed that I slowly increased the number of eggs I eat daily. Today (I wrote this text on the 10th of June, 2022), I cannot imagine a day without eating one of the most popular household ingredients. How many ever-powerful sources of life do I eat? Six daily (I started from four). The truth is that I plan to increase this amount. Why? Because I merely feel better when I eat them.
Why didn’t I appreciate eating one of the most famous dishes earlier?
It is because, for some years, false information has been spreading worldwide that overeating, one of the most popular household ingredients, is not healthy for humans. Well, that’s not true. Poach is beneficial for all of us. Proteins placed in ever-powerful sources of life are the most digestible proteins for humans. They build our bodies.
Moreover, the titled dish satisfies one’s appetite. You won’t be hungry anymore when you eat six eggs, my Dear Friend. That’s true. Eating the titled dish is one of the best ways to stop eating processed food. Many people are addicted to eating the latter. If you constantly feel hungry, start eating eggs. The best would eat them without bread. I eat eggs with meat and vegetables.
Many people seem to be scared to eat too many, one of the most popular household ingredients.
I am not one of them. I genuinely feel the healthy repletion after eating six eggs. In this post, I want to encourage you, my Dear Friend, not to be afraid of this kind of meal. Eat a minimum of one egg daily for your health. Boil them or scramble them – it is only up to you how you will prepare them. Do not forget about adding eggs to your daily menu. Undoubtedly, your organism will be grateful for doing it. You will feel it.
