While walking, I often feel that endorphins are circling through my whole body. Indeed, when I am on my photographic walking, I feel apogee of happiness.Â
Walking creates in my body not only an influx of endorphins. Also, it brings me a flow of creative thoughts on many different topics. While moving on feet, a lot of new, better, or worse, ideas come to my mind. It is the time when I can analyze and contemplate a lot of issues from many aspects of my life. For example, I can think about our future with my beloved Kamilka. Or, I can try to solve some cases from my job. Also, I can think of my passion, that is writing, running my website, or creating a subsequent edition of “Diaries.”
If to all things mentioned above, I can add the fact that I can take pictures while walking, I must say that this is one of the most pleasant things a person can do.
What are the other ones? Those are everyday activities: loving, sleeping, or eating. Nevertheless, I believe that we all should do our best to feel the flow of endorphins as much as possible. There is nothing wrong with self-development and taking care of one’s body. I had this kind of feeling during a time when I was swimming regularly for seven years. During that time, there were a lot of weeks when I went to the swimming pool seven days a week. Earlier, during the times of my studies and high school, I was playing football (US soccer) a lot. As usual, all these things gave me a lot of fun.
Moreover, they provided me a high endorphins’ level. I think that I became addicted to them many years ago. If I do not feel them in my body for two days, for example, my soul becomes ill.
