I feel a euphoria state in my mind while walking in cold temperatures.
The heading of this text is the quotation from the post named “I don’t care about other people’s opinions.” I decided that writing about euphoria is something worth doing. It is not only walking in cold temperatures that can provide a euphoric state in mind. For today (I wrote this post on the 22nd of September, 2021), my personal record regarding strolling in the www.adammazek.com t-shirt is 8 degrees Celsius (~46 degrees Fahrenheit). What else can provide a state of euphoria? Undoubtedly, it is taking freezing cold showers. Every time I finish taking it, I feel the splendid joy of the fact that I am living here and now. I cannot explain this phenomenon in biological terms. Still, I merely know that coldness provides delightment to the mind, body, and soul.
I recommend, my Dear Friend, to forget about taking drugs, drinking alcohol, or eating to increase your level of life’s satisfaction.
Better start intermittent fasting and taking cold showers to feel youthful euphoria in your whole body. Undoubtedly, cold temperatures help me focus, learn, work, read, and write. I do not care if someone tells me on Warsaw’s street that I am crazy while I will be wandering with a camera in my hand with a t-shirt on my chest in cold temperatures. The truth is that I want to live as long as possible in good shape and health.
I have no doubt that intermittent fasting and exposing my body to coldness will provide me broadly defined well-being and frequent states of euphoria. How happy I am that I do not have to seek external stimuli to feel the true joy of life. Of course, it does not mean that I was unhappy earlier. Still, I did not know that I could feel youthful pleasure in my life thanks to not eating and coldness.
