Expressing oneself is one of the most fundamental and crucial factors that make us humans.
I believe that we, the Poles, live in one of the most outstanding times in our history to be able to express oneself. There was a time when Poland was real regional power in Europe (so-called “Polish Golden Age” in the XVI century). Still, I suppose that people living then in my country (in most they were peasants) did not think and could not express themselves. First of all, they did not have opportunities to do it. They were slaves (the etymology of the “Slavic” word is derived from the “slave” word). Thus, I believe that today there is no better time to expose one’s feelings in Poland’s history. Expressing oneself is one of the crucial factors when we talk in terms of the freedom of society.
Indeed, I work as an accountant. I believe that coping with my professional tasks, with my lifelong passion, is a case optimal both for living on a sufficient economic level and expressing myself.
Moreover, I noticed that not only I have such a possibility. Many other people with whom I work in the broadly defined finance field, can also create. There are a lot of accountants who have passion connected with art. I am not the only one who takes photos. Moreover, some accountants love to dance, sing, paint, write, and so one. For me, it is proof that most of the Poles live in good time so that we can express our feelings in broadly defined art.
There is no better way to heal and clear humans’ soul than creating art, that is expressing oneself.
