For many people, many things I do seem to be extreme.
Which extreme things do I have on my mind? These are two activities:
a) intermittent fasting – I eat only between 7 p.m. – 12 p.m. and avoid sugar and processed food.
b) exposing my body to coldness – I take cold showers and do street photography in summer clothes (including the www.adammazek.com t-shirt). I have already heard that many people say that these things are extreme. Still, today I want to mention three other revolutionary things that exist, and some people do it, but I do not plan to do it. What are these things?
Here they are:
1) eating food from waste bins;
2) walking barefoot everywhere, no matter of the weather and other conditions;
3) washing the body using only water – without soap and other detergents, including perfumes.
Well, I must admit that intermittent fasting and exposing the body to coldness, for me, are not as extreme as these three things mentioned above. I do not want to argue and discuss three points with activities that I do not do. The truth is that I do not see sense in starting doing it. I do not feel as crazy as some people want me to see. Still, I must state that I admire people who do these three activities, and their well-being improved thanks to doing it. For me, doing intermittent fasting, taking cold showers, and exposing my body to coldness while doing street photography should be enough to feel good with everything I do. If you want to find adrenaline in your life, my Dear Friend, start seeking it in your bathroom. Where exactly? Beneath your shower.
I believe that every one of us should do some extreme things. Still, to find the proper one for oneself, everyone should ask themselves: what do I look for in extreme activities. I seek health and development. Undoubtedly, all the mighty things I do help in targeting my aims.
