Today I want to write that fatigue is an inseparable, neverending part of my life.
In the modern world, more than 90% of the population would tell us the same. Nowadays, a lot of people are fatigued. Why does it happen? Mainly because many people are overworked. Is that mean that I often feel exhausted due to my office job? It is only a part of the answer. Undoubtedly, my work as an accountant influences the level of my fatigue. The other part of the response is mainly connected with my artistic hobby.
The fact is that during Daylight Saving Time, I spend many hours, after my office work, walking with a camera in my hand.
I wrote this post on the 17th of September, 2020. I know that I am ahead of increased physical activity within the next one and a half months (for more information, please see the post named „Increased physical activity”). Thus, I know that the feeling of being tired will exist within me for the next one and a half months.
Am I worried that I will be fatigued within the next few weeks?
Yes and no. Yes, because most people prefer to feel like rest and refreshed. I am not an exception. I love the state of being relaxed. On the other hand, I think that somehow I am addicted to being tired. Between 2011 and 2018, I had been swimming regularly. I had been going to the swimming pool straight after my office work. It was happening not only during Daylight Saving Time but throughout the whole year. Thus, I remember that I often felt tired. Today, when I give up regular swimming and take photos during spring/summertime, I also feel tired because I usually aim to take a minimum of 10.000 steps per photo-walking. On the other hand, during fall/winter time, I feel less fatigued because I do not take photos as often as during warm and sunny days.
