Fight for yourself, but do not fight with others.

How to fight for yourself? I suggest fighting with all your weaknesses.

One of the most efficient ways to fight for yourself is by starting to do intermittent fasting and taking cold showers. Regularly eating every few hours or even faster or taking hot showers are habits that could be a break to create yourself and fight for yourself. Frequently eating and taking hot showers are convenient. The older I become, the more I see and feel that convenience slowly kills modern humans. That’s why fighting with your weaknesses and breaking bad habits are the keys to having a happier and healthier life. Do not focus on other people while trying to resolve your problems. Moreover, do not aim to change others because you have minimal possibilities.

I believe that we all can change the world.

Still, the key to doing it is not changing others but changing yourself by breaking bad habits at the forefront. Fight for yourself with yourself, my Dear Friend. Challenge yourself by eating within a few hours per day and finishing your showers with cold water. Do it for yourself. Firstly, if you want to help others, help yourself by improving your health and well-being. If you’re going to feel better, do not ask what medicines you should take or eat. Having access to cold water should be enough to start a better life. Try to overcome your weaknesses.

Less is more regarding eating.

Do not eat as frequently as most people would tell you. If you think I write bull shits, better google Dr. Jason Fung and Wim Hof and check what the first one talks about intermittent fasting and the latter regarding exposing the human body to coldness. I genuinely want to encourage you, my Dear Friend, to fight for yourself with your weaknesses and bad habits. I do not doubt that your life is worth doing it.
