First of all, do intermittent fasting.

If you want to change something in your life, my Dear Friend, first of all, do intermittent fasting.

I am inspired to write this text because last time (I wrote the current text on the 13th of February, 2022), I re-read my post entitled “The 36th Birthday.” I registered in it that:

To start to feel better, we should ask ourselves what we should stop doing. First of all, I would recommend giving up alcohol, cigarettes, and other shitty drugs. Then, I would encourage you to stop eating sugar and processed food (or avoid it as much as possible).

After reading it, I realized that I must update one thing. I know that intermittent fasting can help people quit their lousy habits. That’s why I recommend first to start doing intermittent fasting. Then, after a while, leaving a bad habit should come easier. It’s been more than a year since I have done intermittent fasting. In November 2021, I did a blood and urine test almost one year after starting intermittent fasting. Nearly all test results were excellent, except elevated cholesterol. Still, when I heard that my cholesterol results were proper once measured in the previous scale, I accepted them. I decided that I did not have to do anything with it. The doctor told me they must cure the patient, not improve test results, and if I feel good, we do not have to do anything with it. That’s why, first of all, I recommend doing intermittent fasting.

There is no better way to improve your well-being except by taking regular cold showers.

I have written many times about all these issues because I want to inspire you, my Dear Friend, that you also can start feeling much better and improve your health. Believe that you already have, here and now, everything to start to feel better. What is my intermittent fasting? I eat only between 7 p.m. and 12 p.m. and eat eggs, meat, vegetables, and nuts.
