Extra tip for the beginning of the text: do not seek a euphoric state of mind in alcohol and drugs.
Today I will provide you, my Dear Friend, with information on how to evoke a euphoric state of mind in your heart, body, and soul. If you read my posts regularly, you know what I will write. Below you will find tips on how to evoke a euphoric state of mind in your whole being.
Here we go:
– finding a life partner whom you will love (I love you, Kamilka!);
– creating (we can create anything from everything – I chose street photography and writing);
– working out (for me, the best things are swimming and walking);
– intermittent fasting (I know it sounds ridiculous, but avoiding eating gives a euphoric state of mind);
– exposing the body to cold (I chose taking freezing showers and walking in summer clothes [including the www.adammazek.com t-shirt] in frigid temperatures).
Is that all mean that I am always in a euphoric state? Of course not. Like all other humans, I also have worse days and bad moods. Still, all things mentioned above increase the chance of bringing euphoria to your mind. At the same time, all these tips decrease the possibility of having bad moods.
I wrote this text on the 12th of April, 2022. Yesterday, while I was doing street photography in Bemowo and Wola districts (it was 7 degrees Celsius [44,6 degrees Fahrenheit]), I wrote on my iPhone one word: euphoria.
I have no doubts that when I mix the things mentioned above: creating (taking photos), walking, and exposing the body to cold (I wore sneakers, jeans, the www.adammazek.com t-shirt without a winter cap and gloves), great things can happen with my mind, heart, soul, and body. When I thought that my beloved Kamilka would be waiting for me after coming home, I knew I was the happiest person who had ever stomped on this planet.
