The longer I live, the more I see and feel that food is for me, not me for food.
I reject mindless consumerism. My life aims not to feel constant joy and pleasure thanks to eating. Contrary, I want to be happy thanks to not eating. Eating food must help me to grow stronger and improve my health. It must not kill me. I do not plan to become a slave of world corporations that produce sweets and processed food. I do not want to pay corporations for their shitty processed food with sugar. This option is merely not for me. Eating must help me to survive. Cristiano Ronaldo was right when he said one crucial statement during Euro 2020/2021:
Drink water.
He said it, and at the same time, he put away the bottle of Coke. I must admit that I admire the world’s greatest footballer who ever stomped on this planet that he did it. By writing that I do not plan to become a slave of food and corporations, I also want to stress that I do not want to be a regular client of pharmacies. I hope I won’t have to buy dozens of kinds of medicines to cure myself. How do I plan to do it? I hope that intermittent fasting and taking freezing cold showers help me sustain health as long as possible. I don’t live to eat because eating is not the meaning of my life.
By its very nature, the human organism is self-sufficient.
But how to stimulate these self-healing mechanisms? Do not throw shitty food every hour to your organism. Start stressing it not by taking a new credit to repay but by taking freezing cold showers. Moreover, start to create something from nothing. There are many ways to do it. We can take photos, draw, paint, sing, dance, sculpt or write. If you still worry about what you will eat today, better think about what insights you can share with other people.
