I am a free-thinker. I do not follow any orders in terms of creating art.
Is that mean that I do not want to listen to others? Of course not. By talking with other people or by reading books (that is getting involved in other people’s thoughts), we learn the world efficiently. I am always keen to listen to other’s opinions. Nevertheless, in terms of art creating, I am the one who has the last thing to say. The fact is that I love to read about other artists. I want to get to know what their thoughts were. I want to learn their process of creating art and their way of thinking.
Nevertheless, I do not copy the work of art created by others. I possess a unique style. I maintain my creative way.
Free-thinking is one of the ways thanks to which I want to be remembered by posterity. Not every one of the other people has to agree with me. Indeed, it is merely impossible to satisfy all other people’s needs. By being a free-thinker, I want to inspire other people and give them a hint of what they can do with their lives. My free-thinking-ideas are the ones that could be inspired thanks to other artists and people. Still, I want to stress that I can only transform, discuss, or argue with their ideas.
All my works of art (e.g., Negation of the End, Living in Poland, Earth Wars, or Ostensible Abstraction) are the works that I, indeed, took inspiration from other artists.
In the cases written above, I took the incentives from, accordingly: Taschen publishing house, Stanislaw Lem, Leonardo da Vinci. Still, in the end, the final product is mine. They possess a unique photographic style. The way I handle and create “Diaries” is also proof of my free-thinking attitude. Of course, Fyodor Dostoyevski’s self-publishing activity and books of Taschen inspired me to connect their ideas in “Diaries.” Still, the final product, monthly editions of my online magazine, proves that I am a free-thinker.
