Today, I won’t write about what’s happening at the Polish/EU and Belarussian border, where frigid temperatures are in the forest.
Unfortunately, many people are freezing there due to the Polish/EU and Belarussian conflict regarding refugees. I do not understand politics. That’s why I won’t write about this issue. Still, I hope that the number of people who die at the Polish/EU and Belarussian borders won’t increase. I wrote this text on the 11th of December, 2021. During the day, there was 0 degrees Celsius (32 degrees Fahrenheit). The weather forecast says it will be -3 degrees Celsius (26,6 degrees Fahrenheit) in the evening. While walking through the woods with my beloved Father during the day, I decided that I wanted to feel the frigid temperatures in the forest by wearing summer clothes in the evening.
Until that day, I did not walk in a t-shirt, shorts, or sneakers during frigid temperatures in the forest.
Undoubtedly, the 11th of December, 2021, was a perfect moment to start walking in summer clothes in the snowy aura during fall/winter. I cannot wait to feel freezing cold on my body with the smell of pine woods. I do not doubt that it will be a new experience for me. Perhaps, it will be my new stimulus in my life. While writing this text, I was 36 years old. I am sad that I did not start exposing my body to cold earlier, e.g., while 26 years old.
On the other hand, I am happy that I started doing it in 2021. Perhaps, there are another 36 years of living ahead for me (or even more!). I have no doubts that exposing my body to coldness will improve my health, energy, power, body, mind, and soul. Speaking shortly, it will enhance my well-being and my broadly defined existence.
