Am I frustrated? Does frustration affect my life? Speaking shortly: no, it doesn’t.
Nevertheless, I see a lot of people frustrated for many reasons. Sometimes, I have episodes when I also feel frustrated a little bit. Why? There are many reasons why we all are disappointed: health problems, lack of money, wrong career, issues with our partner or family. These are only the first examples that came to my mind. I am convinced that they are just the tip of the iceberg.
What’s the best way to overcome frustration? What can we do when this undesirable feeling comes into one’s heart, mind, and soul?
First, we can try to talk to our beloved ones (partners, family, friends, etc.). But, if this solution does not help, we should all try to find a long-lasting solution. This solution should be done in a long time. It aims to avoid returning, to our mind, a feeling of frustration. So, what is this mysterious cure for being frustrated?
Yes, you have right, my Dear Friend. It is passion.
I believe that the more we sacrifice ourselves to passion, the happier we are. Thus, the possibility that the frustration will come to our mind is merely getting lower. What does it look like in my case? Simply. Even if I am angry at someone or something, also if I feel that frustration is coming into my heart, the best thing I can do for myself is to go out and take some photographs. Or, I can start to stretch my muscles indoors. Another way to overcome frustration is by reading books.
Last time I read only Taschen’s books.
So, when I feel that the feeling of frustration is coming toward my heart like a tornado, first of all, I start to talk to my beloved girlfriend, Kamilka. If it does not work, I merely focus on all my abovementioned passions.
