Goodness in this world should be sought first and foremost within oneself, not in the external world.
Of course, the first sentence of this text does not mean goodness does not exist outside all of us. I believe goodness is practically everywhere. Still, one should expect an ejaculation of goodness, first of all, from one’s inner source, for there is an infinite amount of it there. It is only up to us whether we can dive deep and dig into ourselves to discover the eternal source of goodness. I think some people do not even try to find it. Can I give you some examples? Yes, for example, all those who kill for pleasure, or Hitler or Putin were the ones whose source of goodness dried. Still, I hope goodness will prevail and that Ukraine will win against the army of Russian orcs. Of course, I know it does not have to happen.
Ukraine can also lose to Rashist orcs.
Nevertheless, I have no doubts in this particular case, Russians stand behind the dark force because they are aggressively attacking Ukrainians. I know there are many good people among Russians. In all other nations, we will find many orcs and trolls who like only to disrupt others in their daily activities. Both genius and stupidity, goodness and evil, do not know the borders of lands and time. For me, those who attack others stand on the dark side of power. They do not use their infinite source of goodness.
Does it all mean I am pure like a crystal and always wise, friendly, and good?
Of course not; like all other people, I also have my dark side, which I fear a little bit. I hope to never awaken these dark powers in my mind, heart, and soul. Nevertheless, I know the dark side of my personality sleeps, but it is always ready to be awakened. Exposing my body to cold and intermittent fasting helps to keep my dark personality in the most remote nooks of my soul.
