Last time I was thinking about Google Maps. I am convinced this application will someday help me create my visual map of Warsaw.Â
The fact is that since December 2017, the Google Maps application precisely trace some of my photo walks. Thanks to that, I know that I can match the photographs I made with the location of my beloved city. Do I already know precisely how such a map would look? No. For today I own only a general concept.
Nevertheless, if some ideas appear, I will write them down immediately.
I make some notes on my iPhone. Then, I sent it as an e-mail titled “Blog inspiration.” Thanks to this process, I know that any idea will not disappear from my mind. Also, I can return to these concepts weeks, months, or even years later. It is when I try to find out what to do with that idea.
A similar thing happened with an idea regarding Google Maps.
The plan to create my map of Warsaw came to me during one of my photo walks. I wrote it down immediately. A few weeks later, I returned to it and wrote this post. Thanks to all these things, I know I will not forget about this idea, even if this invention is only in the initial phase.
The fact is that it is not the first time that Google has helped me. My second photo exhibition, “The Wall,” was inspired, among others, by Google. Google search results showed me how I could present some of my pictures. Thanks to the Google Maps application, I am convinced that it is a matter of time before I create new artwork.
