In general, I do like graffiti. For me, it is one of many artistic expressions. By writing graffiti, I will not take into consideration giant murals, which, for me, are somehow another sort of art.

For me, the usual graffiti is ok when it meets some requirements, that is:
1) it does not offend anyone;
2) it somehow blends into the surroundings.
I like doing photographs of graffiti. But, while doing that, I always try to remember that I record the trace and the work of another human. Picture made by me is only the evidence that another street artist was here and that he left his mark on the wall. Thus, photographs of graffiti are, in general, in 95% work of graffiti artists. Nevertheless, when I always see street artwork that caught my eyes, I try to give something from myself in the photographs. Today, I want to present to you some of my artworks (pictures of the graffiti), which are simultaneously works of other people and mine. Why? One of the best examples of the photographs, about which I could say that the painter and photographer are equal creators of the pictures, is the photo with bench situated opposite the graffiti (image no 1).
If you follow my blog regularly, you probably noticed that I already showed this image before in one of my previous posts. If you want to see this post, click here.
It is the first image that I am presenting once again on this website. Imagine that all other photographs published here that are more than 400 pictures are not doubled in my posts. So what is so unique in this photograph for me that I decided to show it once again? First of all, I like this picture. I already mentioned before that I love to wander through the streets with the camera in my hands. When I saw this bench and graffiti, I wanted to stop and sit down for a minute and enjoy the view. Unfortunately, this activity lasted only a few seconds because it was too cold to sit on the bench. Nevertheless, this picture still shows graffiti with its surroundings.
By deliberating taking photographs, we can quickly force the viewer to stop for a second and to enjoy and analyze the view. The same I did when I saw this particular street artwork. I took a break to contemplate the scene. I wish you, my Dear Guest, as many relaxed moments in your life as possible.
