I believe in intelligent working.

Of course, there can be wise working with a mix of hard work. Still, the worst scenario is when someone works hard without too much thinking. About what does this person think? About improving one’s job to start to work efficiently without too much effort and pressure. For me, it is a clue regarding intelligent working: to work efficiently and successfully without overworking oneself. Every time I go to the office, I analyze what I can do to be more thoughtful in my work.

I noticed that most people tend to think that working hard is similar to working efficiently. No, it is not.

Someone who works many hours a day at night does not have to be prolific in his work. I do not always admire people who work hard. Undoubtedly, I admire all those who work smart. That’s why when I consider the answer to the titled question:

Hardworking or intelligent working?

I choose the latter one. Undoubtedly, the future belongs to those who work smartly. It is not the case I do not want to work hard. I do. Still, I want to do it wisely. What are the best ways to work smartly? I believe the first step we can do is in our bedroom. Getting enough sleep is the most crucial issue regarding working intelligently. Without proper rest, there will be no efficiency in one’s work.
Regarding working in the office, I also recommend good software. Not only Microsoft Office tools, with Excel, Word, and Outlook at the forefront, but also good ERP and CRM systems. I recommend SAP. Oupss, I forgot I wanted to focus on my artistic passion in this blog. Undoubtedly, working hard helps in doing street photography and writing new texts. I cannot imagine not working hard for my passion. Work hard if you believe in something, my Dear Friend. In another case, work smartly.
