I do not know precisely why, but I sometimes write about my health issues here on the www.adammazek.com blog.
Is that mean that I do not have anyone with whom I can talk about my health issues? Of course not. I have my sweet Kamilka, my beloved parents, and friends with whom I can talk about this topic. Still, I suppose I write about physical condition issues because maybe someone would learn something about my mistakes. I already wrote that I had problems with the Achilles tendon, wrist pain, or injury of my shoulder in the past. Today, I want to focus on the last one. I already mentioned that after starting intermittent fasting, I returned to doing push-ups. I had a feeling that the injury of my shoulder miraculously disappeared.
Well, I was wrong. The old shoulder injury reappeared. Luckily, I went straight to the doctor and then to the physiotherapist. After the first meeting with the latter, I hope that my damage will be soon recovered. I wrote this post on the 8th of June, 2021, and I hope that these are the final days when I can say goodbye to the old injury.
I am genuinely excited that I will be able to do push-ups without the surgeon’s intervention.
All signs on Earth and heavens tell me that my shoulder will be fully recovered within one month. I am so enthusiastic about this fact that I merely want to share this information with you, my Dear Friend. Still, I want to encourage you to go to the doctor and do all you can to heal if you have some old, not fully recovered injury. If you wait with some health issues, better not do that. Why? Because you have only one life and health. Take care and treat your body as the most precious thing you have. How happy I am that I will have recovered my shoulder!
