Today a lot of people talk about globalization, ecology issues, or Corporate Social Responsibilities. I have some ideas about how companies can improve today’s world.
Companies producing, e.g., household appliances or cars, can begin to manufacture in another way. Which way exactly? For example, they can start to create their products with the longest possible duration. Speaking shortly, they can provide a 20-year warranty for a given product. In this post, I present my photographs of garbage that was left nearby Warsaw’s blocks of flat. If global companies continue to produce, what they produce, I will still be able to take various types of pictures, as in the attached post. I believe that corporations can improve not only the visual aspects of people’s daily routine. In the long term, they can help the environment. Producing of long-lasting household equipment with a warranty for twenty years, undoubtedly, will be ecological beneficial for every one of us.
What other things companies can do to improve people’s lives?
The other idea is to encourage companies that hire people to publicize the campaign that our company only works four days a week! They should state that confidence in employees is very high. Thus employees’ efficiency much increases. Such companies should stress that they respect the employee. By doing this, they show to the society, to the local community that they care about people’s physical and mental condition. Let them spread their wings not only at the employer’s but also in private life. If such employers would possess more time for themselves and their families, undoubtedly, the happiness rate in their minds and souls will much increase. Thus, productivity in work will also increase.
I don’t want to leave behind for the posterity a carbon footprint and tons of garbage. I wish to leave behind for them my inspiring artworks. The facts are that companies still have much to offer to the global society. I hope that in times of ecological issues or coronavirus, they will provide to every one of us as much added value as possible.
