In today’s post (I wrote it on the 27th of September, 2023), I will write about how writing every day has improved my life.
The truth is I was writing one text daily for almost one year and a half (it happened between the 4th of July, 2021, and the end of 2022). Later, in 2023, I’ve been writing for more than 95% of days. Why do I do it? Undoubtedly, my intellect is something that drives me forward. I often analyze and transform my thoughts so that in the final process, I write them down and share them with you, my Dear Friend. I do it because I want to prove I did not live in the dark ages when written words were rare.
Moreover, I simply love musing and being myself with my own thoughts.
It happens when I am walking and doing street photography. The truth is that I do it not only to take a rest from my office job; I do it because walking and doing street photography gives me many incentives to write and share with them on my blog. I have practically always something to say in my thoughts, and that’s how writing every day improved my life. I have no doubt that I have become more intellectually and mentally potent with each text I write.
The process of collecting thoughts and experiences and then transforming them into written words is a mental relaxation and exercise for me, in the same way as walking or hanging are both relaxing and effort for my body. The more I do it, the more I desire to do it. Undoubtedly, it will last until the end of my life, or my mental health will let me do it. I wish you, my Dear Friend, to find such a mental exercise for yourself. It does not have to be writing, but it can be.
