I will try to explain how to control the mind in today’s post (I wrote it on the 22nd of February, 2024).
I think I’ve already written a similar text in the past. Still, if something is worth repeating, I try to do it without content duplication. I believe that by letting go of control of literally everything, we can truly take control of our minds. There is a way to free our minds. I think we can do it by believing we cannot control practically everything. Thus, the sooner we let go of trying to control literally everything, the sooner we take control of our minds by freeing them from the burdens most of us have. I was inspired to write this text based on my post from the past, entitled “Indifferent Issues.”
I believe we should not worry about anything because everything is out of our control.
Undoubtedly, it is also one of the best ways to control the mind. After all, I think the only things we can control (to a limited extent) are our behaviors, doings, feelings, and thoughts. We can influence others, but only in a minimal way. Also, infinite occurrences could happen in our lives within 1 hour or 24 hours, so it is impossible to control reality. By knowing that and letting go of our desires to rule reality and the world, we will free our minds.
Thus, our well-being will be in our control. After all, happiness is a choice, a state of one’s mind. If we want your fears or desires to rule you, my Dear Friend, they will do it. But remember, it’s your choice. I practice intermittent fasting and expose my body to cold to control it. Undoubtedly, these are some of the most efficient ways to toughen up our bodies, minds, and souls.
