How to evoke dreams?

Last time I found a way of how to evoke dreams.

First of all, I must warn you, my Dear Friend, that my way of evoking dreams is controversial and… dangerous. I do not recommend you to do these things. What I want to stress in this post is the fact that I managed to evoke dreams. The keyword for my method is “cold showers.” Once I started to pour freezing cold water straight on my head, I knew that night dreams would appear in my sleeping mind practically every time I fell asleep. And you know what, my Dear Friend? I was right! I will provide step-by-step instruction on evoking dreams, but remember: do not do it without sufficient preparations!

Let’s get started:

1) I take freezing cold showers on an empty stomach before my first meal during a day, which is around 7 p.m.;
2) I eat only between 7 p.m. and 12 p.m.;
3) While taking cold showers during the first weeks, I rather avoided pouring cold water on my head and face;
4) Later on, after approximately two months after taking cold showers, I started to take freezing cold showers;
5) While taking freezing cold showers, I started to pour freezing cold water on my head, hair, and straight on my face;
6) Indeed, point number 5) is the crucial starting point when dreams started to appear while sleeping;

When I realized that pouring freezing cold water on my head and face evokes dreams, I stopped doing this. Why?

Because I wanted to check if taking cooling cold showers is connected with evoking dreams. What were the results of my experiment? I realized that pouring freezing water on my head stimulates night dreams. Is that mean that I have nightmares? No. All my dreams are calm, separate stories with many people I met during my lifetime and many fictional people. Every time I get up, I realize that I was dreaming and remember the plot within few minutes after waking up. Earlier on, I have rarely remembered anything from my dreams. It happened sporadically. But why do I not recommend these things to others? I must warn you that by pouring freezing cold water on your head, you can quickly get cold and have many issues with sinusitis. I recommend gradually pouring freezing water on the head without hurry within a few months after starting taking cold showers.
