I would like to receive a fully authorized by God instruction on how to sleep correctly.
I am convinced that I already received (not from God, but from my beloved Kamilka) an entirely proper diet instruction. Intermittent fasting is the key to success to feel much better and to stay healthy. Speaking shortly: I eat only between 7 p.m. – 24 p.m. I avoid as much as it’s possible eating sugar and processed food. But how to sleep correctly? I often wrote that I used to get up between 5 a.m. or 6 a.m. to write something new for the blog.
Nevertheless, since the beginning of 2021, I resigned, getting up early to write new things for the blog, before my office work.
Why I resigned? I felt that I need more sleep. Is that mean that I won’t write new texts for the blog? Of course not. I am constantly writing new texts after my work. That’s why I decided to switch my writing time from the early morning to the late afternoon/evening. Luckily, I am still prolific both in taking photos and writing texts. Did I make a good decision regarding switching the time of writing? Yes, I believe that it was a good decision. Last time I read a curiosity regarding Rene Descartes. A famous philosopher at the age of eight was sent to a Jesuit school. Due to his delicate health, he was permitted to lie in bed until late in the mornings. Since his childhood, he was sleeping as much as he wanted to. In 1647 Descartes visited a French mathematician, Blaise Pascal.
During the visit, he told Pascal’s secret to good health and to be efficient learning (e.g., mathematics).
Of course, he said that to preserve health and be efficient in education, one has to sleep as much as one wants to. Is this a secret to sleep correctly? Perhaps. There are many theories regarding proper sleep, but I still do not know which one is the best. Maybe you could give me some advice, my Dear Friend?
