How to wake up?

In today’s post, I will not write about how to wake up in the morning when you need to go to work.

Moreover, I won’t provide hints on overcoming a hangover and waking up without a headache. I will write about how to wake up in terms of awakening great powers in yourself. Below you will find a list of things that will help most of us to wake up:
– love and take care of your beloved ones;
– the process of creation (for me, these are: doing street photography, writing texts, and preparing “Diaries”);
– doing a workout (I walk a lot);
– do intermittent fasting;
– expose your body to cold by taking cold showers and walking in summer clothes in frigid temperatures.

In today’s post, I will focus on the two last ones.

The truth is that I somewhat feel that I woke up after starting intermittent fasting and taking cold showers. I wrote this text on the 10th of January, 2022. It was a day when I weighed 73 kg (161 pounds). To provide complete information, I must state that I am 178 cm tall (70 inches). Still, before I started intermittent fasting (I began fasting on Christmas 2020), I weighed 85 kg (187 pounds). Yes, I lost weight most safely – eating only between 7 p.m. and 12 p.m.

Moreover, since I started to walk in a www.adammazek.com t-shirt in frigid temperatures, I managed to reduce my weight from 75 (165 pounds) kg to 73 kg! Do I feel better after losing weight? Much better! I think that I woke up from a lazy dream. The truth is that I have much more energy and power to improve the world. How do I plan to do it? Michael Jackson gave me a hint in the “Bad” album. I’m starting with the man in the mirror.
