Undoubtedly, I did not say the last word. Still, sometimes I wonder which published text will be my last one.
The more I write, the more I want to do it. To this day (I wrote this text on the 26th of February, 2023), I am constantly amazed I have something to write almost every day. On the other hand, I often feel and know that I did not say the last word yet. I believe that the best texts are the ones that still did not appear in my mind and did not see daylight. A similar case is with doing street photography. I am frequently amazed that walking on the same paths and photographing the same places and streets does not bore me. Still, I sometimes wonder which text and photos will be the last I will publish. How many of my written texts and photographs will remain unpublished after my death, and will Taschen manage to publish sets of books with my unpublished works.
Indeed, I love rocking in the clouds. This text is not an exception.
I believe I still have something profound to write for you, my Dear Friend. With writing and photography at the forefront, I want to bring inspiration, joy, relief, and hope via the broadly defined creation process. Publishing houses like “Taschen,” “Phaidon,” or “Thames and Hudson” books provided me many incentives. The same is true with many songs I have heard throughout my lifetime. Many great artists and composers created until the end of their lives. I want to be one of them. I want to be artistically productive until my death. I believe I have many words to say and write in the upcoming years. Keep your fingers crossed for my creative endeavors, my Dear Friend. In the same way, I keep my fingers crossed for you!
