Sometimes, I do not expose my body to frigid temperatures as often as I would like to.
I wrote this text on the 19th of January, 2023. It was a day when I realized that sometimes I do not expose my body to frigid temperatures as often as I would like to. I do not have to mention that one of the reasons is the fact I work in the office. I have my professional duties. I have to earn money to pay bills and to be able to manage the www.adammazek.com website. Still, I must admit that I have a stressful job and must allocate much of my time and energy to do it. It is simply life’s prose. I wrote many times that adversities, in general, make us stronger. Even if there are tough times, one can defeat them.
Of course, I know that there can be situations that will break us all, such as war, deadly disease, or the death of people we love.
Still, until we have the internal power to overcome obstacles, we should try doing it. We all frequently hear we should not give up. In general, I agree with this statement. I believe we should never give up if we believe in something. That’s why I plan to do street photography, write, and manage this blog until the end of my life. I want to do it because it makes sense to me. To be able to do it, I do intermittent fasting and expose my body to cold, among others, by taking cold showers and walking in summer clothes in freezing temperatures. Still, I am sad sometimes that I cannot do all these things as often as I would like. It is the middle of winter in Poland, and I hope the following days will be better for me regarding doing my hobby.
