How do I generate my power from within to explore the outside world?
I do it by intermittent dry fasting, exposing my body to cold, writing, and doing street photography. I have no doubts that the more I do everything mentioned above, the more powerful the human I become who explores outside. I wrote this text on the 23rd of July, 2024. It was a day when I broke my record regarding dry fasting. I haven’t eaten or drunk anything for 48 hours! Is it possible to not drink and eat for such a long time? Yes, it is possible. I felt much better than I did when I first did dry fasting. During my first experiences, I hadn’t drunk or eaten anything for forty hours. I lost energy during the last hour of my first experience with dry fasting.
Undoubtedly, my body was shocked because it was the first time in my life that I hadn’t drunk anything for such a long period.
Still, my current effort to break my personal record looked much better. I felt great during the whole dry fasting period. So why did I break my fast? It is because I do not know what time without water is safe for me. Also, I decided I would eat something with my beloved Kamilka.
I believe that in each of us, there is a power that sleeps deep in each of us. It is only up to us whether we manage to evoke those powers.
While writing about all these things, I reminded myself of my quote from the post entitled “While My Camera Gently Clicks:”
I look at you all and see potential there that’s sleeping
While my camera gently clicks.
Seek your power from within by yourself, my Dear Friend, and evoke it to improve this world.
