I must admit that I did not know what I wanted to write. Thus, I decided to start writing this text with the phrase: „I love to read books.”
Why did I decide to write that I love to read books? I wrote this text on the 29th of October, 2021. It was a day when I finished my winter/summer 2021 season of doing street photography straight after my office work. I know that until the beginning of March 2022, I will have more time for my beloved Kamilka and managing the www.adammazek.com website. The truth is that I will also have more time for reading. I wrote many times that my favorite publishing house is a German company named „Taschen.” Still, English publishing houses like „Phaidon” and „Thames & Hudson” also do a great job regarding publishing paper books.
The truth is that, in general, I write more than I read.
That’s why I am content that I will have more time to read during the autumn/winter period. No matter what happens in my life, I always try to focus on the advantages of every situation. Because I love to read books, in today’s post, I want to stress that I am merely happy that the amount of time spent reading during upcoming months will increase. For me, shorter days are equal to more reading. A few years ago, I wrote that I have a queue of books that I partially read.
Did the line decrease within the last years? Contrary. It only increases. Is that mean that I haven’t finished reading any book during this time? Of course, I managed to finish several books. Still, the truth is that I buy more books than I read. That’s why the queue is only increasing. Ok, I finish writing this text. I already have three hundred words, and I am returning to reading.
