Throughout my whole life, I felt I needed something to breathe.
Still, the truth is that I did not know what I wanted to breathe. On the 30th of October, 2022 (It was when I wrote this text.), I knew what I needed.
Here are my answers:
• doing street photography;
• writing new texts;
• preparing subsequent “Diaries” editions;
• preparing sets of pictures like “Negation of the End” or “Inspired by Tolkien.”
• managing the www.adammazek.com blog.
I wrote this text based on my inspiration of the 1st of February, 2018. The true inspiration was REM’s song, “Try Not To Breathe.”
In my notes from the past, I asked myself, “What did I need to breathe?” Undoubtedly, while writing inspiration, I would answer that the broadly defined process of creation was something I needed to breathe. Today, I would also add intermittent fasting, exposing my body to cold.
Moreover, giving up drinking alcohol, eating sweets/sugar, and avoiding as much processed food as possible helped me to breathe better. I wonder when I will discover something, thanks to which I can sleep more effectively. Still, the more someone sleeps, the better and healthier.
I do not know, my Dear Friend, what your soul needs to breathe.
Things mentioned above can be the starting point for you to search independently. Sometimes, it would be better to reject all advice you hear and start doing tests on your own. Sometimes, it can hurt, indeed. Still, what would be true life without actual pain? When I expose my body to cold, I always remember these things. Cold hurts. I feel it on my head, ears, and fingertips. Still, without this pain, I would not take a step forward (like becoming a manager in my professional life). That’s it for today. I will go to sleep.
