I will survive thanks to my photos. Moreover, I will endure amid my pictures.
After entering “Adam Mazek Photography” in Google and then tagging “minimalism” and “abstraction”, I boldly say that my artistic output will simply be known all over the world. How do I know it? Am I a sorcerer that can predict the future? I know it because no one has ever done so many odd photos. Furthermore, the question is actually not “Will my photographs become famous?” instead, “When will my photos become famous?” Personally, I bet on times after my death. However, after entering the phrase mentioned above in Google, I can say that it may happen in my lifetime. Undoubtedly, it is a matter of time when my pictures will become worldwide famous. Thus, I know that I will survive, symbolically.
Do I hope to become famous during my lifetime? Is it the aim of my passion?
Definitely not. The fact is that I do not like crowds. I have never publicly spoken to a group of more than twenty people. I do not like it. It stresses me. Sometimes I imagine myself as an almost-rockstar. I give autographs, waving to the audience and hearing their screaming and watching as they waving to me. Probably most of us already imagined something similar during our lifetime. The truth is that my and your name, my Dear Friend, is not Michael Jackson, Freddie Mercury, or John Lennon.
My name is Adam Mazek, and I do not need such ecstatic relations with the public.
I merely want to survive thanks to my pictures and amid my photographs. I know that they are good enough to become a part of museums worldwide, but it probably won’t happen during my lifetime. Am I angry because of this? No. The only thing I want from art creating is to have good fun and survive for the posterity within my pictures. Moreover, I want to inspire others that they also can create marvelous things, like artworks.
