Last time, I noticed I frequently used the phrase “I wrote this text.” Thus, I decided to write a text about it.
For today (I wrote this text on the 3rd of February, 2024), the timeline for managing the www.adammazek.com website is not crucial. Still, I can imagine that the timeline will be essential for cyber-archeologists, who will rediscover my blog hundreds of years after my death. Perhaps they will notice something interesting, e.g., some tendencies of how my writing topics changed due to, e.g., changing seasons. Each photo I publish on my blog has information about the year when I took it. That’s how, with my last published posts, all cyber-archeologists will be able to set my images in chronological order.
There is another reason why I wrote the “I wrote this text” post.
It is a lack of inspiration. When I do not know what I want to write, I often close my eyes and start to cut myself off. During the “non-thinking” process, some thoughts can come to me unexpectedly. Sometimes they are profound, but sometimes they are usual. Today, I started to think about which day we had and realized I often write phrases like “I wrote this text” in my texts. As a curiosity and historical fun fact, I will write that I have 102 scheduled posts. It means even if I die today, my blog will publish these posts planned even after my death.
Moreover, I have 276 unpublished texts waiting to be scheduled for my blog.
Also, I have thousands of photos waiting to be developed in Lightroom and published on my blog. Another fun fact is that I have published one post daily for almost one and a half years. The last curiosity is that on the 3rd of February, 2024, I published the blog “Anger, fear, and aggression” that I wrote more than one year ago (to be more precise, I wrote it on the 4th of December, 2022). Enough statistical information for today. I must sleep.
PS
I wonder when I will publish this text.
